Three days of crabbing and hygge-fishing
Summer is upon us, and during Whitsun, the outdoor hygge at the North Sea Oceanarium will move up a gear.
The popular Crab Coast is open, where children of all ages can go crabbing and take a closer look at the funny little creatures. Maybe you will catch the biggest crab of the day?
Elsewhere, hygge fishing is also in focus, as the fishing season starts in Emmersbækken with our guides, and the brook hides many exciting freshwater animals beneath the surface.
Join us in identifying the species you catch, together with the skilled guides. Some of the animals you may know, but there is (almost) a guarantee of learning something new and exciting.
If you are into the slightly larger sea animals, you can stop by the large outdoor Sealarium, where the curious and playful seals are fed twice a day.
As always, there are plenty of fun and educational experiences for both young and old indoors – including the large Oceanarium with the unique ocean sunfish and several thousand other sea animals.
