All webshop prices are including VAT.

When you have selected and paid for your entry tickets via our webshop, we will forward an email with a PDF file with a unique barcode to the entered email address.

Print the PDF file as you will need it to get into the Nordsøen Oceanarium.

Be careful to avoid tearing, cutting, or otherwise damaging the ticket / the barcode.

You will not be able to use the printed ticket to get into the Nordsøen Oceanarium if the barcode cannot be read.

If the barcode cannot be read, please contact one of our employees to gain access to the Nordsøen Oceanarium.

The unique barcode is a bearer document. Lost barcodes / tickets will not be replaced.

Following the placement of your order, you will receive a payment confirmation via the email address entered during the ordering process.

This ticket will be valid for the entire current year.

Please note that unused tickets by the end of the current calendar year will lapse without further compensation.

You can use a bank card or a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) to pay for your ticket.

The Danish Means of Payment Act applies to Internet transactions.

In principle, this means that using a payment card to pay for something on the Internet is not subject to excess in case of misuse.

Payments via our site are executed using a secure connection and secure systems that are in compliance with both national and international security requirements.

As the Nordsøen Oceanarium has PBS approval, your credit card data will be encrypted and transferred from your computer directly to the PBS where the submitted data will be checked. This process does not involve the Nordsøen Oceanarium.

If, for some reason, the payment cannot be processed, you are welcome to call us at +45 98 94 44 44 (weekdays between 10.00 and 16.00) or send us an email at info@nordsoemail.dk.

We do not withdraw your money until the goods are shipped.

When you place an order at our webshop, we will use your email address only to forward your order confirmation and/or for other relevant communications between you and the Nordsøen Oceanarium.

We will not re-sell your personal address information.

Please note that tickets bought online are not covered by the right of cancellation in accordance with Section 17(2), cf. Section(2), paragraph (2a) of the Danish Consumer Protection Act.
