When buying a ticket

Business terms and conditions of The North Sea Oceanarium

You have the option to buy a ticket for The North Sea Oceanarium through our web shop. You can only pay with a credit card.

PRICES
All prices in the web shop are including VAT


TICKETS
When you chose to buy entry ticket through our web shop, you will receive a .pdf with a unique barcode at the e-mail you’ve entered. Print the .pdf and bring it when you visit us. Please note, that there must be no ripping, cutting or in any other way damaging of the barcode on the ticket. To enter The North Sea Oceanarium the barcode on the entry ticket must be readable. If the barcode is unreadable, please contact our personnel, who will help you enter The North Sea Oceanarium.
The unique barcode is a bearer proof. Lost barcodes/tickets will not be replaced.


RECEIPT
When your order has gone through, you will receive a receipt of the payment on the e-mail you’ve entered.


DAY TICKET
The entry ticket is valid for the duration of the entire season of the current year.
It’s emphasized that tickets, which are not used before the end of the current year, becomes void without any further compensation.


PAYMENT
When ordering entry tickets, payment is only possible by bank/credit card. (VISA or MasterCard).
It is the law of means of payment which apply to trading over the internet. This means, that as a rule there is no excess if your credit card is abused on the internet. The payment is handled by a secure connection and systems that meets both the national and international safety demands.
The North Sea Oceanarium is approved by PBS, which means that your credit card information are being sent encrypted from your PC, around The North Sea Oceanarium, to PBS, who controls the information.

When you pay with VISA/credit card we withdraw the money when we send the goods to you.


YOUR INFORMATION
When you shop with us, we only use your e-mail for sending confirmation of your order and for further information between you and us. We do not resell your personal address information.
 

REGRET
We draw attention to the fact that according to the “law on certain consumer contracts forbrugsaftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a” buying tickets online, is not covered by the possibility of regret.
